1. Do you have stock available? How long is the delivery time?
We keep stock for some common models, for small quantity, normally we can finish and test them well within 3-5 days after confirming order. For bulk order, we need confirm the leading time.
2. Which shipping channels do you use?
We ship the goods by expresses like DHL, FedEx or UPS for small orders, shipping by air or by sea for bulk order.
3. How long will it take to receive the products?
It will take 7-10 days to reach the receivers by expresses, 10-15 days by air and more than 20 days by sea.
4. Does the shipping cost include customs duties? Is door-to-door service available?
Normally the shipping price does not include the customs duty, but we can provide the shipping by air or by sea with door to door service if needed.
